Agree, but many people can't see long term, they live for today on day to day basis. People who saw long term profit in property 15 yrs ago, would have reap the benefits now. people who grap opportunity today will enjoy it 15 yrs from now. Same thing in buying a business or franchise... once you build your clientelle, in 15 yrs you'll be laughing, let your investment & someone else to run in for you. You just need to monitor briefly what's going on & money flow in by itself. Think long term instead of day to day living.
