Yes there will be a likely charge on EV's and probably incorporated in M/V registration at some stage.
But I'm thinking that won't be to intrusive and may not be legistated for some years as the government want the transitioning to be a fact and it will be.
The fact that some conversations now government & public are talking about levies on EV'S is an endorsement of what's to come.
