How to screw over short-sellers, page-395

I don’t get this Shorts to cover as in 14 days to cover ? … hasn’t it been up around 10% of CXO shares are shorted all year ? so they cover and short … cover and short … cover and short , SP fluctuates up and down 1to 1.5c on a daily basis …my point being why would you bother keeping track of how long they have to cover ? .. it makes Jack Shite difference to SP …. only way SP is going to recover is when they stop re- shorting covered shares and piss off altogether ( if that makes sense) … they need to ban short selling for 12 mths … so we can get back to a level playing field for a while … Rant over!
