I prefer to think of CXO as a ship sailing on stormy waters as opposed to sailing towards the rocks. At some point in the hopefully near future the excess supply in the SC6 market will be absorbed by the increasing demand leading to a SC6 price recovery. CXO's large cash balance will give it economic resilience during this stormy period and once SC6 price recovery occurs, the sun will shine through leading to a most delicious increase in CXO's share price. It is easy for me to have this perspective because I am not long CXO and hence I can look at CXO as a prospective opportunity. Certainly one to watch either way.
