    In my opinion, there is not that much water in the Pit.
    It is muddy looking, from recent rainfall, but probably only about 2 meters deeper than normal.
    You make it sound like it is half full.
    Also surprisingly, most of Lucas's equipment is still there.
    Hopefully, CXO can just take over the lease payments, and keep the equipment on site.
