I've looked into it further, called MEO just then and read their presentation. Got a much better idea now so made the decision to vote against Mosman. There really isn't any gain after my analysis. Just like you said better off for MEO to tackle the future on its own than to let a foreign company to take over. Could be a much bigger risk and loss in the end.

Let's just hope Mosman doesn't reach 90% of ownership of MEO shares!
