I have a CFD account with IG Market.
When I try to short a stock (say BKL today), I often get a message that "This market may not be sold to open due to stock borrowing restrictions in the underlying market" - simply means I can't short that stock.
Is there anyone here knowing how to get around this problem? Are there any other dealers who may be able to let you short the stock? Thanks a lot.
