yes brokers have generally got the valuation wrong for years. 10 years ago the value was a mystery to them. Generally lack of understanding and knowledge is the reason why index funds do better than managed funds. Provably is they don’t understand that you cannot compare the Au system to overseas banks - completely different. In addition CBA / CSL / BHP is the index. Still one in one year (should be 1/10) they will be right and we should see a fall.
keep plugging, if not this year, must be a high chance next year. Eventually they will kick a goal.
