haha - nail on the head. That is exactly why CBA is going up. Sluggish GDP growth (non existant), RBA will for forced to cut rates (i hope they don't) - but likely they will. Housing market will BOOM, and CBA will boom, because they get to hand out risk free debt into the future in the form or mortages... It will fail eventually...but nobody knows when.
