I have put a pitiful small amount into CBAKCU at 36.42.
Its such a small position, its irrelevant to the portfolio. But I need to learn, and so I will keep my tuition fee to a minimum relative to the portfolio.
So yeah, you could say I am now short CBA, with minimal understanding of the practical application of actually going short, and with minimal capital at risk given the size of the portfolio.
