FP Markets can short. Though their margin for TON is only 85%, but for a relatively small stock like this, it's more than enough to make you some decent money. Though sometimes, they can't get into contact with borrowers for TON so shorting is a bit of a luck game on if they can find borrowers or now for you so you have to ask about that too. If you do call, ask for Danny and he'll help you out (that's who I deal with)
