just turn the bloody thing off and rotate it manualy while you're pouring ! ! !
otherwise...build some sort of a 'shoot' for concrete to pour into and from there to be guided into a statue.
that'll do it !
if you weld some sort of a handle so you can spin it(like when you're playing 'pluck a duck' or something)it will be a breeze and you might even end up 'buffing up' for the wifey to enjoy !
