how to slow a concrete mixer ??, page-56

I've got it,I've got it! Finally figured it out.

What you need is a fan,placed strategically in a politicians office(any politician will do,their all the same),so as to collect all the hot air rising as they talk.To this fan,connect a series of belts and pulleys to your concrete mixer.

As the politicians talk the hot air will rise and slowly turn the fan, which through the aforementioned pulley system, will slowly turn your mixer.Simple really.

Should of thought of it earlier!
