Thanks all, .... but I was hoping there was some electric/electronic control that could be plugged into the mixer so I can regulate it from its normal speed initially when the mix is being properly mixed, ..... down to a slower speed actually when I'm ready to start pouring the moulds. When I first started this business in 1997, the system was to fill the wheelbarrow with conrete mix and then proceed to fill the moulds. Then I found that too quickly the concrete mix would start to harden in the wheelbarrow, ..... so changed to taking the concrete out of the mixer as it turned and ensured a consistent texture for each pour.
