I suggest you consider whether the current market price has been influenced by short sellers rather than those that are evaluating the risks and the long term prospects of the company. In the graph on my Post #:53245528 above demonstrates the strong down move from 6 May was heavily influenced by short selling.

but short sellers will be balanced somewhat by bulls... either way, I can no longer assess the intrinsic value of this stock until litigation thing is resolved, so what I'm saying is I'm not going to be making buy or sell decisions. If the sp had fallen like this otherwise, I would be buying.
