If you can see your shares on your comsec account, I can't understand how your market value can be zero.
If Comsec isn't your sponsor for your ALB shareholding, i.e. you haven't filled in the CHESS sponsorship form since the shares were relisted, you can still sell shares through your comsec account by going to the sell order page and inserting the the SRN for your shareholding on the sell order. Alternatively, fill in the CHESS sponsorship form and send it in to Comsec, this will take a few days.
