Partly this reflects the pointlessness of using PE to try to find valuation - for a start PE includes price, any serious attempt to derive a valuation must be independent of price to be meaningful.
I have CCP valuation at low $14 based on my conservative formulas for IV - and that was based on the numbers from 2014/15. I am yet to run the numbers through my spreadsheet for this years results.
I have topped up over the last couple of years whenever it dropped below $10 - I suspect that I am going to have to raise the bar if I want to accumulate any more.
