how to value gold juniours

Recently at Mines and Money in Hong Kong 2 speakers were very bullish on gold due to the enormous money printing going on world wide but The Central Banks want to control the price to keep the populace from panic.. This cant go on forever but I think we will have to wait awhile for any improvement although Mr. Sprott suggested it may be time to sell the metal and buy the producers ( and highly prospective explorers )
