The risks for SSM include further profit downgrades and more possible losing contracts.
SSM is a very low margin business and previous management have been a disaster in entering new contracts with small margins and no room for error. Legal action doesn't help either.
A lot of small companies are announcing profit downgrades and this whole section of the market is getting hammered. There are plenty of bargains around at the moment and probably will be for a while to come.
