i don't think they are paying any dividends so all profits would be retained. now that would be retained earning a rate of 7.5% , not great, but what is to be seen if they are able to increase their ROE over time by retaining profits. if not then its intrinsic value will drop.
with the nbn , i am expecting upside just on speculation atleast to the low .40's
