Pity the futurist didn't pay some homage to the past, other than his mention of chinese artifacts in taiwan. If anything, I blame japan for poking the bloody bear FFS. Chiang was no saint,quite the opposite and after the japs were defeated , he was defeated by Mao, and fled to Taiwan. IMO, the west never fully acknowledged what china did in defeating the japs, audie murphy didn't do it all on his lonesome. There's a lot I don't like about china, but IMO the west have been their own worst enemy in how it did deal and currently deals with china.
