I spoke with Haim Cohen earlier in the year about the delayed meetings. He seemed to be on the defensive from the get go, but that could be a cultural thing or I might have caught him at a bad time.

Recently I've tried to contact Brendan de Kauwe with no luck. Understandably more than likely busy with eSense and Otsana stuff right now.

Either way I'd like the AGM and EGM to go ahead without any further delays so eSense can focus wholly on its operations and start rewarding is backers. However, I do not see this infighting ending if the current board has the shareholders backing at the AGM/EGM.
