Be on the safe side so that if there is any poll called or shenanigans like asking her to confirm on the spot who she represents, then your name & total number of shares & voting direction is all there on her list.

dear Camban, as I dont know my german (or australian) custodian and my broker does not support the voting process, would it be reasonable to contact Perth Legal Consultants? I think this is a question many european retailers have.
