Fellow shareholders .... there was apparently a problem with the registry website where you can do your proxy voting. "Grub" provided some assistance while the system was incorrect to help guide shareholders, but that was still a little complex and confusing.
I am advised that the web link to cast proxy votes has now been fixed and all you need to do is access the following site:
https://www.incaminerals.com.au/shareholder-registry-services/
