It seems not the problem to JRV and Purcell exclusively in the penny resource stocks. Any project needs huge efforts and necessary lucks to get the fruition. Purcell might be not qualified but it is wrong to evaluate anyone based on the consequences.
You drive the car and get a accident since somebody drunk and drove. It is unfair for anyone to say you are idiot since you get a accident.
Give the points which could show Purcell is not qualified. If most of people could turn the picture on the ground into a mining project with huge profit, the market would not have so many people trapped there and crying.
You lose the money but you could not pour all of the dirty water on the heads of others. It is wrong.
