How to vote to remove CDB board

Dear Shareholders,

I first sent this to admin to make sure there were no guidelines breaches prior to posting.

I am one of the three parties who has called this s203D general meeting to remove the entire CDB board and am working with Josh Farquhar.

Please be clear that I am not providing advice on which way to vote however, if you agree with Josh, myself and many other shareholders that the CDB board should be removed, then please feel free to email your proxy to the following email address so that we can be sure to present your proxy at the upcoming meeting.
