APW management have called a 2nd meeting on the wind up. This is costly and confusing.

Bottom line though is there will be two meetings on the wind up proposal on 7th December and 10th December.

If you want the fund wound up, it is important you vote twice as follows;

1. For the meeting 7th December 2018 

Check the Chairperson as your proxy

Vote yes to both proposals

Sign and date

2. For the meeting 10th December 2018

Step 1  enter **riel Radzyminski as your proxy or leave blank

Step 2 vote "for" the wind up

Sign and date

From an independent shareholder
