OK, pulled my finger out, logged into the URL (https://www.investorvote.com.au/) and putting an X in front of my HIN # to log in. It recognised who I was and said how many shares I had (also gave me option to provide EMAIL address, which explains why I wasnt emailed earlier).
600,000 more 4x4 FOR VOTES just added to the tally.
