I cannot explain, but if anyone can make use of what RAP has created it's a company like them.
I haven't said there's no value, RAP holders are sitting on big data compiled over a period of years. I think given the financial situation of them and low likelihood of monetising it in a timely manner, Pfizer deal is pretty good. Ultimately it's a great situation for holders, interest from Pfizer is no doubt as good as it gets, but I also think the offer they've put forward is good, and the no vote is a result of a bunch of holders under water who have crap averages due to the huge pumps of 2020 / 2021.
