    Australian Shareholder Centre clients 'losing their hard earned'
    Date September 7, 2015 - 7:07AM Michael West Business columnist

    Disappointed clients of the Australian Shareholder Centre have spoken out.
    The Australian Shareholder Centre markets itself as "A complete source for all sharemarket needs".
    It really ought to be "A complete solution for losing your savings quickly".
    We had the pleasure of stumbling on the Australian Shareholder Centre (ASC) while tapping "Australian Shareholders" into Google. We were searching for the Australian Shareholders' Association (ASA), a bona fide, decent organisation whose purpose is to defend the rights of smaller shareholders.

    ============================================
    I do not know whether our PIF Group was in any way represented in (ASA),
    but it is well documented that we were greatly intimidated in taking up a real and
    enforceable action to stand up for ourselves.
    From Dgenny's intimidation letters, (‘IL’), as alleged by some among us,
    to the latest KPMG sellout whether by pathetic indifference or from intimidation from within
    ("leave it the judge..."); we as a Group must take a close look at what Michael is saying.

    Although I have yet to see at least one 'IL' despite past appeals to be sent a copy of,
    I need to assume that we simply failed a collective test of courage and fortitude.
    Certainly not helped by internal dysfunctionality.
    Other groups had a more receptive ASIC’s ear due soleley to the intensity of their representations by members.
    See the results in ASIC annual reports of the period.

    So it is with a degree of sadness that I continue to follow Mr West’s astute observations;
    remembering my contacts with him in the days of chasing ASIC’s Mr Medcraft.
    Another stream of PIF support appeals flawed from that, but none came forward.

    Keep going Michael!

    Regards,
