on your last post you mention sub holder selling 3.791m fpo, i had a closer look and that figure was the consideration in $ not volume, vol was 1.18mfpo which matches trading last week.
Having said that i am still confused by the notice. I thought a sub holder had to hold more than 5%, looking at the top 20 Wyllie are the only s/h with more than 5% and Kinetic dont rate a mention (must be spread over nominee holdings ?).
They have certainly been very active traders of the stock, not what one expects from a substantial holder.
Hopefully their stock has moved into stronger hands
