    Not sure a roasting at the AGM would do anything for these clowns.

    The only way to talk to them is via voting - I've now put my votes in, voting same as Silvermarc.

    See what the changes are as a result of the voting (later this week).

    After that, an EGM is pretty much a certainty to refresh the Board and install some competent Directors/Management that know what they're doing in mining, not in Japanese translations.
