Sounds like lot of tyre kicking but nothing 'binding'.
They need to refinance the debt or execute a binding agreement by 2nd April with a 3rd party to retire LT's 44.4mil & cashback the 60mil undrawn letter of credit by 1/7/14.
And then this, 'currently in discussions for a whole of refinance proposal'.
Sounds like lot of tyre kicking but nothing 'binding'. They need...
