I think a poor mediation result could be the point of no return for NEXUS. Our highly qualified leader may have great knowledge of the oil and gas business but I can assure you his marketing skills are zero. To refinance Nexus on favorable terms after this debacle is most unlikely. I hate to say it but sticking with Cottee may have been in the best interest of Nexus. The good ship "NEXUS" was once described as a ship with no rudder,this can be updated as a ship with no rudder and propellor.Dead in the water sums it up nicely.
