IMO a 15% placement + rights issue on the way. Placement to 7 and right issue underwritten by 7.
Price - my guess 5c
Rationale : Why would 7 need to pay 10c when they can buy at 5c (or less)
Even with the above, if Taipain's estimates are correct then it may only be the first stage of a dilutive takeover process.
...whoever is left/stays the course will end up taking the value in NXS's assets.
Watch for the actions of ACG in all this as a guide
