    The financial Services Ombudsman can only help in matters where the organisation in question is a member.

    Unfortunately ASX is not a member.

    So you are correct Jase and Mak.

    However - they did recommend 1st ASIC 1300300630 & then ACCC 1300302502.

    So for those who want to give it a try - that is the suggested approach by the most relevant Ombudsman.
