I had a similar (I'd say 'identical', but I can't be bothered fishing it out to check) response. I was tempted to reply back along the lines of 'so you make it up for each case', but it would achieve nothing. They don't acknowledge an issue.

I do look forward to revenue coming in from the China launch, the SP skyrocketing and a speeding ticket being issued, with OBJ pointing to the non-announcement as the reason for the rise. I also look forward to retiring this weekend, but don't see it happening.
