According to this forum AHZ has been terribly undervalued since 2015, yet it has continued to fall heavily each and every quarter since then. Cardiocell was worth 100s of millions, turned out to be worth about 22.
While the SP can diverge from the value of the company for a while, it must bear resemblance to reality somewhere along the way. At some point in the process it's worth conceding the market was right and holders were wrong. I know I was.
Perhaps it is undervalued today, but my point is that line has been used each and every day for years, and in hindsight it was overvalued, not under.
