May I suggest that you keep reading on from what you posted;

10 - For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.Hence, if you did any of these works which God prepared and you boasted, you wouldn't be boasting of yourself.
