    Those sandbag directors wont care, or they are not in charge at all.

    The top one holder is shown from US/Canada, they would blindly set up the US salary standard for sandbag directors.

    I still think Mike is the real boss behind the company in Australia, until now he seems has no time to spend in Australia.
