Was I the only person who couldn't understand how the court case would succeed.

Who are the greedy lawyers who said we would win. Suprisingly they get paid and the investors don't. This was surely a no win case and yet they believed the only people guaranteed to win no matter what the result. The lawyers.

The previous management was a disgrace. I will long lament the night I met the previous MD in a strip club (maybe he was doing research). That turned out to be a very very expensive night.

The biggest shame about this is that this ground breaking technology may be lost.
