Im not comparing companys, but would like to use DYL Capital Raising as an example as both are AUS Uranium companys.
Before Leading into the Capital Raising the DYL shareprice was steady around .12cents.
Falling steady down in the months before the Capital Raising price of .042cents to raise $10.5m, with a very poor takeup from shareholders so most were taken up by the underwriters.

Lets just say this is a very likely outcome for BLR, "two third dilution" and the underwriter is now our largest shareholder George Glasier. Untill BLR is in production (say 4-5 years away)likely BLR would need to raise capital another time or two and again if George Glasier were to underwrites the CR.
George Glasier would almost own the company on the cheap with no permium payed to shareholders.

For a test drilling technology, and we can forget any chance of a takeover.
