Please see one of my earlier posts where I mentioned that you can be my proxy. Seems there is a common feeling amongst a few posters one here.
Question, in first instance, is whether you are indeed "willing and able". You'd need to inform us in that regard. Then, depending on how you feel, it would be necessary for you to contact CN, express the feelings of some shareholders and get her view. I'm sure she'd be accommodating... I'm just concerned that they might say it's "ok" but that you'd not be allowed to report back without them first reviewing your report. If that is the case, the objective will be defeated because we would want an unfettered report where you can speak out about attendees' sentiment, feeling, body language , the whole toot.
Let us know what's your thoughts are... you have backing..
