Tomorrow is going to be tough...but it won't be the end of the earth! We've seen it all before...1987 crash, Asia crisis in 1997, GFC in 2008...we get belted then we get moving again.
This time we have a half decent environment...the US is reasonably buoyant, price of oil is giving everyone (except us and the immediate industry) a birthday, and interest rates are very low. China needs to calm itself - but isn't in any way going broke...it will soon recommence its expansion!
Sheesh, I look at BHP now and think wow! BHP known for writing things down and sometimes stuffing things up, but they are so diverse and keep growing...and yet their current share price so low...it has to be a time to think about topping up on them - they are not under threat.
FAR, well over the next few days FAR is caught between a rock and a hard place...a market that is going to be belted and POO that has collapsed - but on a positive side, what we already know they have (lots of oil), and what is possibly going to be said on Tuesday! Me, I know the market beltings only last a short time and good stocks return quickly...FAR may retreat a little but I'm convinced the worm will turn soon...and good luck if you are not in when it does!!
As an aside I'm going to get some more BHP too.
Looking forward to seeing what may be said by CNE (and maybe FAR) on Tuesday
