It really doesn't matter how you describe it or the news which will be released.
CNE down over 2% overnight, FAR down since announcement. My view is whichever way you cut it, the market is not excited about what its about to hear. I believe its very naïve to think that people of influence (ie brokers, analysts, etc) will be aware of what is to be released and at tthis point don't believe its worth anything. Good information whether on a nudge nudge wink wink basis or simply where people can read between the lines engenders support from brokers and investors. I don't think any member of the JV misses this point and given the retrace of each JV stock, my read is that its far to early for the investment community to dive in.
