Maybe the announcement and celebration will be about the ending of the tight hole policy. I'm sure there would be glasses raised to that. I'd pour a shot and give a toast to its ending right now if that was the case.
I was also thinking like you PJ that it has to have been hurting CNE and shareholders due to their lacklustre share price movements. If I was an exec at CNE i'd start worrying about corporate raiders as a weak shareprice makes you tempting to those with a bit of cash,
