Hi PJ, one of the news articles on FAR's own website that they posted stated that the thin sands were not included. I remembered thinking at the time why post something flattering but untrue?
It seems to suggest that thin sands were not included in the estimate unless nobody noticed they were posting an inaccurate article?
I'm waiting for official figures in any case.
