Yes - everyone is working from the same lack of information - just need to wait for it to come out in its own good sweet time.

Just keep getting the feeling from Cairn they're trying hard to either not make themselves a target.... yet. Or somehow trying to avoid giving out too much results until they resolve their Tax issues? Are they trying to cry poor to get some leniency with their tax bill?

Still waiting for some other left field event e.g. buy in into another block where suddenly the lack of info makes sense.
