I have read some of the recent threads on Extract, about a take over being iminent. Pjf using recent operating cost estimates says the mine will earn a profit of $390m a year. Other posters say $20 a share is a reasonable offer. Capex $700m, 3x current market cap $6b, return on investment 6% ? Could any one improve on this math?
