personally and this is my view, it's all chest beating by trump , and to be honest it's working, look at Europe, all NATO countries are now scrambling to increase there defence budget , Trump said pre election that NATO european countries need to up there defence spending as US is now longer there coat tails
he see tariffs as a unfair advantage to his country and again pre election said he would increase them
he will, but I do believe it won't be 25% , this is his way of getting them to take notice and talk
his neighbours started talking and got a extension
remember Trump is a businessman who's always looking for a good deal
Hell if EMASS SoC provides what it says it does , you can bet a us company will make an approach
